Roof Repair
A typical Miami roof repair runs from $400 to $3,500, depending on cause and access. Same-day emergency tarping in Miami-Dade and Broward. We diagnose with photographs, give you a written scope, and only do the work that actually fixes the problem.
Overview
Most roof leaks don't need a full replacement — they need the right repair done once. From storm-blown shingles and slipped tiles to cracked flashing and failed pipe boots, our crews trace the leak to its real source instead of just covering the stain on your ceiling.
For an active leak we'll get an emergency tarp up the same day across Miami-Dade and Broward, then follow up with a written scope so you know exactly what failed and what the fix costs. And if the roof is genuinely past saving, we'll tell you that too.

Common questions
Answers from the crew, not a call center.
-
Can you repair just the leak, or do I need a new roof?
Usually a targeted repair is enough. We send a roofer to walk the roof, photograph the failure, and tell you the truth. If the deck is rotted or the system is end-of-life, we explain why a replacement makes more sense.

Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We provide the photo report and scope your adjuster needs. We don't act as a public adjuster, but our documentation usually does the heavy lifting.
