Our History
Art’s Roofing & Construction grew out of a friendship that started back in Nicaragua. Arturo Stadthagen and Alvaro Rodriguez were childhood friends who took separate paths — Art into home-improvement financing, Alvaro into investment banking and consulting — before reuniting around a shared idea: build a roofing company that does right by its customers. Art earned his General Contractor license and launched the company as Stadt Roofing & Construction in 2020.
In 2023 the partners rebranded to Art’s Roofing & Construction — easier to say, with the mission front and center. Today the team brings more than 25 years of combined industry experience, and nearly half of every new project comes from a referral, the clearest sign our customers trust us.
