Permits and code
- Window and door replacement is permitted work in Miami-Dade and Broward, with a final inspection. We pull the permit and schedule the inspector.
- Every unit needs a Miami-Dade NOA covering the glass, the frame and the anchoring method for your opening's design pressure. The NOA number belongs on your quote.
- Anchoring into the existing opening is what the inspector checks most closely; substituting a different fastener than the NOA specifies fails the inspection.
Warranties
- The manufacturer warrants the units — glass, frame and hardware terms come from Eco Window Systems or Mr. Glass and are handed to you with the product documents.
- Our written workmanship warranty covers the installation and the anchoring.
- Impact glass also blocks UV and dampens sound; those are properties of the product, documented by the manufacturer rather than promised by us.
How long it takes
One to two days of installation for a typical full-house project once the units arrive. Manufacturing and delivery of made-to-measure units is the long part of the schedule, and it is quoted before you order.

- Is the permit and the final inspection included in the quoted price?
- What is the lead time for manufacturing, and what happens if an opening is mis-measured?
