Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, messages and quote requests, and schedule the free inspections.
• Follow up on estimates already sent and keep customers posted while the job runs.
• Coordinate Miami-Dade permits and inspections with the office.
• Keep the CRM and every project file current.

Requirements

• Customer service experience, ideally at a service business.
• English and Spanish.
• Organized, and clear in writing — most of the job happens by phone and text.
• Comfortable on a computer and willing to learn our tools.
