Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Meet the homeowner, inspect the roof and document its condition with photos.
• Build and present the written estimate — materials, permits and timeline explained in plain language.
• Follow up until the contract is signed, and stay with the customer through the job.
• Walk customers through financing (PACE, GoodLeap) when they need it.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience — roofing, construction or home improvement preferred.
• English and Spanish.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and your own vehicle.
• Comfortable climbing a ladder and walking a roof.
• Disciplined follow-up: here, an estimate nobody chases is a lost job.
